Patrol Inspection Services
Patrol Services: Ardent’s Patrol Services are designed and delivered on our Quality Management Systems. All Patrol Officers are extensively trained in our Quality Requirements and the specific requirements of our Customers. Our unique Quality Testing Program ensures all our patrol officers are tested in their service delivery ensuring all Patrol Officers provide the same quality inspection.
Ardent’s reporting systems ensure that you are notified of all incidents on your premises ranging from Security Lights which are not functioning to doors which are found unlocked and are secured by the Patrol. Keeping you in touch with your premises after hours ensures you are able to manage your premises to satisfy insurance requirements so when it is necessary to place a claim housekeeping items will not be an issue.
Banking & Collection Services
Ardent is able to provide a full Collection, Banking and Change Return Service. Our services are provided by our “Sealed Satchel” method which ensures the fidelity of our Security Officers. Records of our collection services provide a full audit trail right up to the point of acceptance by the Bank Teller.
